With over a decade of experience, Ahmed Babiker is a Sudanese Director and Senior Video Editor. Born and raised in Saudi Arabia and currently based in Qatar, he merges his directorial vision with his expertise as a Editing to bring deep narratives, visual rhythm, and stories to life—transforming concepts and raw footage into a flawless final cut.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia & Creative Studies—where he graduated at the top of his class—his extensive background in pre-production and on-set execution heavily informs his creative approach. His experience on sets, including his role as an Assistant Director on the feature film Goodbye Julia, directly elevates his post-production workflow.

Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of directing and editing high-end music videos, commercials, short films, and campaigns for top-tier brands and government entities. His portfolio features impactful work for Al Jazeera, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and D360 Bank.

As the co-director of the short film (currently streaming on Shahid), Ahmed approaches every project—whether behind the camera or in the edit bay—with a director’s mindset. He knows exactly how to frame a story, pace a scene, evoke emotion, and build a narrative that keeps audiences hooked.
